I coded a little Hit-and Session counter. The hitcounter works well but the session counter does not.
I used the OnSessionStart event in global.asax file. Session timeout is 1 min for developing.
So when i open two browser instances the session counter is increnemnted by two and not one. So whenever the session timeout is reached and i rfresh the page the session counter incremented by one.

NO i mean the session counter is incremented by two by the new session object.
Let me explain by example:

starting the the first browser instance i see maybe a session counter of: 1000.
Then i start a new browser instance i'll see 1002 but not 1001.
When i'll refresh the browser instance showing the false session counter of 1002 after the session has ended i'll see 1003. Exactly what i expect :)

You got it?

Look at this:

It's the site all about.

Start two browsers.

Martin
