Response.Redirect is not working

Response.Redirect is not working

I have a web page that has two frames.
Main and Contents.

I am running an asp in contents and I would like to use Response.Redirect(<html files>) and have it displayed in main.
So far when I call Response.Redirect it displays on the wrong page (contents).

How to I get redirect to output to the page Main?
