Targeting Multiple iframes  Interference at 11:38 on Friday, March 25, 2005

This topic's probably already been covered (and I'm probably in the wrong forum, to boot) but I haven't found a solution to my problem yet. I need an explanation of multiple-targeting code in terms that a true dummy can understand.

The site is http://www.spluck.com. It has 3 iframes. I want a menu link in the top iframe to change the content of the other two iframes. Nothing I try works. The most recent code I tried was:

<a href="javascript:" onclick="framename.location='/forum/page1.htm'; framename.location='/forum/page2.htm'">Link</a>
<iframe id="frame1"></iframe>
<iframe id="frame2"></iframe>

I ended up with two new, empty iframes inside the top frame. This is driving me nuts because I know it has to be simple. Can anyone help me out?
