Server Error in `/` Application.

I m trying to add/open new file in the old project.it is giving error like

Server Error in '/index.html' Application.
Could not load type abc.WebForm1'.

Line 1: <%@ Page Language="vb" AutoEventWireup="false" Codebehind="WebForm1.aspx.vb" Inherits="abc.WebForm1"%>

Please help me anybody.
