I am experiencing a problem with RemotCart shopping cart service on a website that I designed for a client. It seems that when two customers are shopping at the same time, their orders get mixed up. For example: Customer A and Customer B are shopping online at the same time. When the order is received by my client, Client A's information such as, order number, quantity, credit card information, etc. appears on Customer's B order form and visa versa. Has anyone encountered this problem?
Is it something that I can fix in the html or is this something the Shopping Cart host has to take care of. This shopping cart services does not answer any support inquiries nor do they provide a phone number. So I hope it's something that I can do on this side.
