Hello,
I designed a menu for my website which can be viewed here http://www.athlonemovies.com/arman/layer.asp
That works fine and basically the javascript code uses the .visibility property to turn off 3 layers and turn on 1.
The problem is all the white space below it. There will be a horizontal navigation menu directly below and with the way it is someone would have to scroll for ages to get to it. I can seem to figure out why the space below is there.
Hope you can help a baffled designer.

I don't see any menus appearing/disappearing, and don't know what whitespace you're referring to. Is there a particular page on the site we should look at?

The menus disappearing and appearing isnt the problem. But the menu finishes half way up the webpage, yet you can still scroll down the webpage until the menu disappears. I want to get rid off all the whitespace below the menu to stop the scrolling

From what ive read because im using relative positioning, it causes it to take up space where the div layer was before i repositioned it. eg i set the div layer to -1100 to have it in the same place as the other layers but now it still seems to occupy that space even though the menu has been repositioned
Hope that clears it up abit

Not really... I need to see the problem, I guess, and I don't see anything "scrolling" on your site.

Can you even see the menu, what browser are u using

FireFox, Internet Explorer.
What are you calling "the menu"? I see tabs at the top.
