I have a problem in getting an excel file and transfer it directly to sql using visual basic 6. Can you pls help me writing a code that will import excel file into sql. Thank you!

As a non programer I went about this in two steps:-)
I create a Mirosoft acess file from my XL sheet by importing directly into access from the XLS sheet.
Then I turn around and export directly into the MySQL database from access.
I couldn't program to save my life but this got me by?
