I have a feeling that this package maynot be accessible for free. I think it may have to be purchased, but this is information i was told about 1 year ago, so it may not be accurate any more or a load of crap in the first place.
But if you do find the package please share the link with everyone as it would be most interesting.
Try looking on java.sun.com or even e-mailing them if you cannot find the package.
