<SELECT > to <INPUT> ???

I have a listbox that I have populated from a database. I want to be able to fill text boxes based on the selection. For instance employee Id numbers in the listbox, you select one then you press ok(onchange would be nice) and the text boxes fill with their info. I seen forumn code to fill listboxes with something from a textbox but not the other way around. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you
