Let`s see what ya got - cascading menus in include - visibility dependent on page  shalbleib at 15:04 on Friday, April 28, 2006

I'm using an include for my nav. It contains cascading nav in seperate layers. when a new page loads it goes to the default, closed menu. it would be nice if, depending on the page, i could have that particular piece of the left nav expanded. get it?

so let's say nav =

about
news
your momma
contact

and your momma (when clicked on) opens to reveal:
is so fat
is so ugly
is so stupid

then when i click on any one of these links, i would like this nav to stay open, therefore wanting some sort of script that says:
if page "is so fat" then make Layer "yo momma" visible.

that's about as well as i can explain. this would seem like a common request. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

thanks
