Checking if a preloaded image has completed loading  screaming-weasel at 02:55 on Wednesday, May 05, 2004

I would like to know if it is possible to check if a preloaded image has finished loading using javaScript.
I have some large images which I am preloading but don't want them to be used before they are complete. Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers
