:: Avoid javascript and server-side includes.
:: Create the directories or sub-folders you want
:: Create a folder on your computer called "batcave" or whatever you want
:: Add your header and footer and your content in .txt's for quick edits
:: Create a .bat file with lines like the following to make your html pages
:: Run your .bat by simply clicking it
:: Test the html's by just clicking them and see if it worked
:: FTP/Upload your html's to your website
copy header.txt + xm.txt + footer.txt rootdirname\dirname\index.html /B
copy header.txt + xm.txt + footer.txt rootdirname\xm.html /B

Never forget that these are your savings and your are in charge. You dont have to put up with low savings rates. Finding better rates can be very profitable so make sure you do it when savings accounts worsen. One thing is certain if you follow our advice you are destined to always have the best savings rates make your savings work for you!
When this occurs most of us are completely unaware of it. The bank may announce that fact but they tend to push their new savings accounts more strongly and quite understandably so.
