your question is too general.
please be more specific.
for your info, div is the html code that can dividing
the content of web only in one file. but, if you put
frame, you can set in main file that have 2 or 3 frame
and for sure, on each frame you'll call any file from
the main file. but, on iframe (mostly only supported in
IE), this is the main file can be inserted with many
pages. so, <div> can be inserted out of command <iframe>
or can be inserted in frame.
