This is based on the Icon Menu cotnrol which can be downloaded at Visual Basic Accelerator, but fixes a few issues, embeds the subclassing code into the control, and adds some functionality including a new similiar to XP style highlighting, highlight shadow, highlight color, forecolor, highlighted forecolor.
