I am new in C++ and am trying to simply display a box on my mfc application- I am doing :-
CStatic myStatic;
myStatic.Create(_T("my static"), WS_CHILD,CRect(10,10,150,50), this) ;
I am placing this code in the OnInitDialog() method (my only Dialog) - can someone help me why this is giving me no errors and does not display anything ?
