I'm looking for a SemiTransparent Dropdown Menu for months! Please help me I couldn't fin that!

Have you tried using transparent gifs

Do you mean using an alpha opacity value less than 100? What exactely semi transparent means for you? If you mean what I said, then ... a solution would be using DirectX filters for DHTML.
