If you want to get a serious answer, I suggest you use proper spelling, punctuation, and grammer. Your post is hard to read, and I'm not sure if you're asking one question or two.

.NET has a lot of functionality with strings. Do you need help creating substrings? Or comparing substrings? .NET also has a rich RegEx that you can use.

You also mention databases. Are you asking for help in using a database? Which database?
