Upercase the first char of a name

I put in a form a text field for name and I want a code to force the first char of each name to upercase. Exemple:

the user puts `eugenio barreto` the code make `Eugenio Barreto`

ucase(left(name,1) & lcase(right(name,len(name)-1)
