Hi,
I`m an intern, that needs help finishing a project that I started. I started a database in access that has four combo boxes: 1.Item number 2. item type 3.item description 4. facility ;and a text box that has TOTAL AMOUNT. With a cmd button that has "Find Total Amonunt" on the form. (I have data linked in from another table)
I would like to know I can make all these amount add up. For example: if i just have "apples" in ITEM DESCRIPTION and "F" at FACILITY how can I make the total amount button add up the amounts and put the data into the TOATAL AMOUNT txt box.
