I want to send keys to a non-java windows application that is already running from a seperate java program running parallel to the target application.
So there is a window entitled "BABCS: bobs true value tools". I am in the java program "sayhello". I want to send the individual keys "h" "e" "l" "l" and "o" to the window entitled "BABCS: bobs true value tools".
I understand how to use robot to perform the send key type function.
But how do I target the existing window to whom I wish to send the keys? Is it a focus issue?
