Hello All
Im New to Java, and i am using Netbeans i would like to make a £ to $ Currency Converter, There should be boxes to enter current exchange rates, but if these are left blank the program should apply a default rate.
Im helping a friend with this but between us we barely know the basics, how do we even get started on this?
