JAVA If statements  49erslove at 02:48 on Saturday, February 06, 2010

I need some help please!

I'm trying to create a name generator for pets. I would like to have a drop down menu with the selection options such as "dog, cat, fish, reptile" and then have the generator display an adjective that is based on the specific pet and then a noun that is random for all pets. That way the adjective could be like a first name and the noun like a last name.

I am having trouble with If statements. I can do the "cat and dog" but i can't figure out how to add a third pet. I am using If and then Else.

Any help?
