pop up Click-able Calendar need to output to 3 text fields

Hello All,

I'm trying to get a pop up click-able calendar to output the date into 3 separate text input fields instead of 1.

Here's what I've got so far...

I don't fully understand the JavaScript language so I'm having a very tough time trying to figure this out. I'm using Xin's Popup Calendar to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
