I believe the answer is no. You do not get to control this since it is a function of the OS and not your document or even the browser.
You may want to look into the ScriptX product.

I use their free ActiveX component to allow my application users to print browser based invoices and packing slips without the default IE header and footer on the page. However, ActiveX is IE specific.
