I have created a selectable list of items which does everything i need it to do except I need to display an image next to each list item e.g. <select><option><img src='....'>some list value</option></select>
This would be nice but the image tag gets treated as if it's part of the text and gets displayed literally rather than rendered as an image. i.e. "<img src='....'>some list value" is displayed in the list text. Is there a way to get around this, or is there some other way of placing an image next to each list item??
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.....
