The HttpRequest object (Microsoft.XMLHTTP) can be used by a client to send an arbitrary HTTP request, receive the response, and have that response parsed by the Microsoft XML Document Object Model. This object is integrated with MSXML to support sending the request body directly from, and parsing the response directly into, the MSXML DOM objects.
